Help - I can't find my FAITH ALIVE NEWSLETTER 

If you have signed up for the Faith Alive Newsletter but are not receiving it, it is probably because your email provider's algorithm and spam detectors are working overtime. Below are some ideas you can try. Once the algorithm understands that you actually want to receive the Faith Alive Newsletter it should stop deciding for you!

GMAIL

If you use Gmail, creating a filter will help ensure the Faith Alive Newsletter always lands in your inbox.

1. Open Gmail and click the slider icon on the right side of the search bar. (In some versions this may look like three lines or a small arrow.)

2. In the “From” field, enter: mail@flocknote.com

3. Click “Create filter.”

4. Check the box next to “Never send it to Spam.”
   (You may also check “Apply the filter to matching conversations” if that option appears.)

5. Click “Create filter.”

 

HOTMAIL / OUTLOOK (Hotmail, Live, MSN, Outlook.com)

If you use Hotmail or Outlook, you can add Faith Alive as a Safe Sender.

1. Open Outlook and go to Settings (the gear icon in the top right).

2. Select Mail, then Junk email.

3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

4. Enter: mail@flocknote.com

5. Click Save.

 

If you find the Faith Alive email in your Junk folder, opening it and clicking “Not Junk” will also help future emails arrive correctly.

 

YAHOO MAIL

If you use Yahoo Mail, adding Faith Alive to your contacts or filters will help.

Option 1: Add to Contacts (simplest)

1. Open a Faith Alive email (or any email from Flocknote).

2. Hover over the sender’s name.

3. Click “Add to Contacts.”

 

Option 2: Create a Filter

1. Click Settings → More Settings.

2. Select Filters, then Add new filters.

3. Name the filter (for example: Faith Alive).

4. In the From field, enter:
   mail@flocknote.com

5. Choose Inbox as the destination.

6. Click Save.

COGECO EMAIL

If you use Cogeco email, adding Faith Alive to your contacts or safe senders list will help.

​

1. Open your Cogeco webmail.

2. Go to Settings or Preferences.

3. Look for Spam Settings, Safe Senders, or Whitelist.

4. Add the following email address:
   mail@flocknote.com

5. Save your changes.

 

If a Faith Alive email appears in your Spam folder, opening it and marking it as “Not Spam” will help future emails arrive in your inbox.​​
